Large custom cake orders often book out up to 1-5 months in advance. It is important to secure your order with a 25% deposit as soon as possible to avoid missing out. However, please don’t hesitate to contact me with your enquiry as there may be a spot available.

The price for each cake varies based on design and size. Please contact us for an accurate quote.

During transportation, please place your cake on a flat, level surface, such as in the trunk of the car or the footrest of the backseat. Do not carry the cake on your lap. For added stability, use a non-skid mat (or even yoga mat) to prevent the box or boxes from sliding around (optional). If you are travelling with your cake after you take it home, keep the cake refrigerated as long as possible in order for the cake to keep firm for transportation.

If necessary, cakes can be refrigerated but should be left out of the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours before serving. Cakes that have been sliced must be stored in an airtight container before refrigeration and can be stored in a fridge for up to a week and for up to 3 weeks in the freezer.

Do not refrigerate cupcakes. Store the cupcakes in an airtight container at room temperature (18-22 degrees Celsius) for up to 2 days.

All cakes require a 25% non- refundable deposit to secure ones booking. The remainder balance must be made 10 days before the cake is due. Your cake will not be made if the remaining balance is not paid on time.

Toppers and/or cakes may contain dowels, skewers, and other inedible decorative pieces; please remove them before eating.

There are nut-free options available but please be advised that baked goods are made in an establishment which may contain the following: Fish, wheat, dairy, eggs, and nuts.
